N. Willow Creek Trailhead (https://www.alltrails.com/us/montana/pony) — hiking, biking, ATV or horseback riding. Approx. 2-2.5 miles from here. Go through Pony. Good parking and turn-around.

Cataract Lake and above (https://backcountrypost.com/threads/tobacco-root-mountains-mason-lakes.3844/) — hiking, biking, ATV, 4×4 or horseback riding. 4×4 (rough) road starts approx. 1.5-2 miles from here. Go through Pony towards N. Willow Creek Trailhead. Turn off right onto Cataract Rd.

Pony Bar (https://montanaponybar.com/)— cash only (have ATM). Live music on most weekends – if you’re lucky you’ll catch Montana Rose playing! 1/2 mile from here on Broadway Street. The bar has Pool table and slot machines. Robin at the Cook Shack next door to the bar offers yummy hamburgers Friday – Sunday, 5 pm thru 9 pm. There is a hitching post for your well-behaved horses at the bar.

Town Haul Diner — 6 miles East, in Harrison (Hwy 283/Hwy 287). Open Mo–Fri 7 am thru 3 pm. Closed on weekends.

Potosi Hot Springs, 8 miles out Potosi Rd. — either rent the resort’s private beautiful hot-springs pools (https://thepotosihotsprings.com/potosi-pool-and-hot-springs-rental/) or hike to the public hot-springs.

Norris Hot Springs (https://www.norrishotsprings.com/), Hwy 287 10 miles South to Norris then Hwy 84 towards Bozeman about a mile

Groceries — there’s a little General Store in Harrison. Otherwise you’ll need to go to Ennis or Three Forks (30 miles each direction)

Gasoline — Norris has a gas station, 10 miles South on Hwy 287.
